IMEX are pleased to announce the results of the latest Microsoft Customer Satisfaction survey. In all areas IMEX scored higher than the national averages which is a great testament to its staff and service which they provide.

The excellent communication between their team members ensures problems are resolved quickly. Their ability to explain technical issues in a friendly yet professional way to those of us who are not so technical is very helpful and much appreciated.
IMEX meet all our needs and when needed advises us constructively on ways to improve – there is nothing at the moment that I feel they could do better for us – we are a completely satisfied customer and very glad to have them as our IT company.
Don’t think there is anything to add – they offer superb service – in fact they cover all our IT needs from supply to installation to service – what more can anyone ask?
