Shortly following National Apprenticeship Week and after the success of past apprentices, IMEX are delighted to have recruited its third apprentice in three years.

Matt Brailey has joined the company as a Helpdesk Administrator alongside being enrolled in a Microsoft backed Apprenticeship scheme.

Keith Cleverley, Support Director, commented “The apprenticeship scheme will once again give a young person the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, become a key part of a company, whilst gaining industry recognised qualifications at the same time”

Matt will be joining our busy Support department to assist with managing tickets, alerts and feedback which we receive from the monitoring of our customers systems while he progresses through his Microsoft IT Apprenticeship with the goal of developing into a full time role at the end of his training.

Outside of work Matt enjoys web development, callisthenic exercise, travelling, eating out and cooking.

We know you will all make Matt welcome and look forward to introducing you to him in the near future.
