We are pleased to welcome three new faces to the Support Team this month – Ian, Kris and Michael.
Ian comes to IMEX with over 14 years of experience at all levels of IT support and customer management. Having recently worked at Dyson providing highly personalised support, he brings a wealth of customer service experience and a depth of technical knowledge.
Kris has been employed in the IT Support sector for 5 years, with the last two years working at a large marketing business, supporting over 300 members of staff with everything from end user issues, phone systems to complex server platforms. Kris will be joining the in-house Support Team and will add valuable experience and resource to the team.
Michael joins the 3rd line and Project Implementation Team, having worked his way up to a senior level within a corporate IT outsourcing business. Having spent the last year in London with a large financial institute, Michael’s experience in dealing complex business processes and technologies will further increase the capabilities of the IMEX Technical Team.
