After the success of the past apprentices, IMEX have committed to employing another apprentice during 2014.

The successful candidate will join our expanding Support team and allow our current Helpdesk admin to progress towards a 1st line support position.

The position will focus on the administration of our various customer monitoring and alerting systems which allow us to provide proactive support to our clients. The long term goal will be to progress the candidate into a full time technical support role once the apprenticeship has been completed. The Microsoft backed apprenticeship also includes 11 weeks instructor lead tuition at QA, a specialist training company based in Swindon.
