New Extended Support Hours - 07/12/2009

Due to the ever increasing flexibility of the workforce of our clients, Imex have taken the move to extend our opening hours. Our support desk is now open for business from 8am to 6pm to help provide a better service to those who don’t follow the traditional 9 to 5 routine.

Over the past few years we have seen a marked increase in the flexibility of working hours mainly due to the ability of workers to connect in remotely to their offices.

Conversations with clients and general surveys showed that many workers were using company IT systems outside of ‘normal’ hours and this could become frustrating if their support company were not available. Future plans to extend support until 11pm weekdays and during the weekend are being considered as an upgrade to our standard service.
